The environment of Finca Lluisa is exceptional, framed on the hill of the mountain with the same name, Garrfa, in the Serra de Tramuntana, within a farm of 210,000 m2 in which olive and cypress trees coexist with other Mallorcan species of great beauty like laurels and fig trees where time stands still. In a few minutes by car you can access the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells.
The house is surrounded by several terraced terraces. The magnificent main terrace opens to the impressive pool with the Mediterranean sea in the background. An ideal set to enjoy sun baths or under the porches of the house.
Finca Lluisa is an impressive Mallorcan stone villa renovated with all the comforts and with details of Balearic classical architecture.
We access the house through a distributor from which we can go up to the 1st floor where we find the 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and a living room. If we stay on the ground floor we find a living room with a table for 6 people, the living room with a set of sofas for 6 people, satellite TV and the fully equipped kitchen and even a fireplace.
On the 1st floor we find the three rooms. The main room with double bed and ensuite bathroom, the room with double iron bed of about 20 m2, and the twin room, of 11 m2. Among them there is a large family bathroom with shower.
For large groups Finca Lluisa is located on the same farm as Finca Garrafa and can accommodate both together up to 14 people.
In a few minutes we reach the beautiful town of Andratx surrounded by mountains and with a wide range of services and leisure. The coastal area of Camp de Mar with its beautiful Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells beaches is just a few minutes away by car.
