A self-contained newly renovated old house with pool located in a finca on the hill just outside Andratx village, this small casita was used for agriculture store build with sand stone.
This charming country house has been designed for four adults or two adults and two children. The house has 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one in the maisonette on the living room, a kitchen with dinning area, leaving room with wooden stove next to the flat screen television, a bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer our guests the bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the pool or beach.
There is a gas barbecue on the cover terrace next the beautiful mirador here you will enjoy the views of the valley and the sunset behind the mountains. It is the idyllic place to see the sunset while you are taking a glass of wine.
It has a very particular pool which was an old irrigation pond built with the typical stones of the zone “call marés'.On the finca, there is a resident donkey who loves to interact with people, also usually sing giving time.Parking on the finca is available, we recommend to rent a car at the airport.
Traditional market is placed every wednesday in Andratx next to the town hall. You can also visit the exhibition art museum called CCA Andratx located five minutes distance by car, and Santa Catarina Vineyard offers the chance to visit the statement and buy good wines.
Remind to the families with children that the house is in a rural area with pool and children must be supervised by parents.The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
